What made this wedding special:
This was a wedding that a village of friends help put on. Arla and Paul, Noah's friends, got married. Arla's brother, Goat made a wedding dress that was stunning! Not only did he make the wedding dress but he also helped put up lighting and many other details that were needed to be done on a property (horse farm) in Bodega Bay, California. This farm belongs to friends of the brides parents. Many other friends assisted in doing the things that needed to be done to make this a truly memorable event. The wedding was held in a field on the farm. Goat performed the wedding. JJ , Arla's other brother , was the emcee. Noah fixed up an 1953 Ford wagon, that belonged to Arla's Dad, so it would work. This is the car that transported Arla and her Dad to the area where Arla would walk down to get married. After the wedding there was a wonderful catered meal with drinks. Later there was music being played in the horse barn that was fixed up..... carpeted, stage built for the musicians, lights put up (ambient as well as lights for stage), gauzy material hanging everywhere to make the barn a festive and elegant place. Boy do I wish I had taken pictures to show how beautiful it was.
This is how a wedding should be. Put on with the help of all the people that love you!
